THE IMPORTANCE OF BODY LANGUAGE

Today, I want to tell you about the importance of the non-verbal language when communicating, as this language it´s much more accurate in order to know what the person really thinks, than the words he could use, because because gestures are much more unintended than words. But obviously, the non-verbal language can be trained in order to show to the listeners important qualities as reliability, seriousness, sincerity, talent, and one of the most important qualities, self-confidence. Learning diverse skills can give us a job in the future, but also helps if we want to sell any product to a company.
Here it´s an example of how important it is the body language, paying attention to someone´s body language can help us discern when someone is not telling us the truth. Often a person who is not telling the truth will not want to make eye contact. However, there are also other signs of lying. A person who is not telling the whole truth may clear their throat, change their pitch as if to try and sway your attention away from their lie so they may have time to think up a valid answer. Additionally, foot tapping, putting their hand to their face, turning away or raising their shoulders may all be indicators that they are uncomfortable with the conversation because they are not telling the truth.
Hope you like it and it was useful!
